Now that recreational cannabis is legal in DC, what is the law?
Initiative 71 allows for persons to carry up to two ounces, grow 6 plants per person or 12 per house hold and smoke in a privately owned venue. Because the Canna Den is privately owned, guest may partake in consuming cannabis onsite.

Why is the application process so personal?
The security and safety of our members is our top priority. That is why the process implemented is the exact process followed by all medicinal card holders. It is important to follow the procedures outlines by the government.
Can I get deliveries?
All DC and MD residents are able to receive a complimentary member delivery. All VA residents must schedule a time to pick up their goodies.
Can I attend events if I’m not a member?
Yes, events are open to all the general public, unless otherwise specified. D4C members attend events for free, while the general public will pay a fee.
How can I help?
As a D4C member, you are required to serve a certain amount of community hours. We are always looking for volunteers to lead educational sessions, help set-up events or contribute to our community.
